We are seeking qualified physical therapists to join our team to work in assigned SNF/LTC.
*Duties*
* Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and strength.
* Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and preventative measures.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Provide support in acute care settings as needed, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and comfort.
* Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy.
* Experience in various settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, home community care, acute care facilities, and geriatrics or pediatrics.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and technology.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address patient challenges effectively.
* Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
