*Position Overview*
* *Location:* Hallock, MN
* *Setting:* OP; SNF/LTC; limited HH & IP
* *Pay Package:* Starting at *$2600/week*
* *Guaranteed Hours:* 40-hour weekly guarantee
* *Schedule:* Flexible; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
* *Contract Length:* 13 weeks
* *Start Date:* ASAP
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
* Valid state PT licensure (or currently in a PT educational program)
* CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license
* Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in SNF and/or outpatient preferred — *new grads encouraged to apply!*
*Responsibilities*
* Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides in accordance with state/federal regulations
* Evaluate patients, review medical history, and diagnose movement dysfunction
* Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
* Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing
* Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
* Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
* Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
