Hospitality Expert Leader

Casa Juani, a vibrant new Spanish restaurant nestled in the heart of Historic Boulder, invites you to become part of our culinary journey. Our mission is built on the principle of shared dining experiences that bring people together through exceptional hospitality.

We're seeking a skilled and knowledgeable beverage professional who will oversee all aspects of the bar and lead our beverage program within the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a polished appearance, an engaging personality, and excellent communication skills.

• Supervise beverage serving, collaborate with the beverage team, and maintain the health of the beverage program.
• Welcome customers, assess their needs, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders while maintaining a focus on the guest experience.
• Provide leadership in knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and food served.
• Assist in developing drink menus and inform customers about new beverages.
• Prepare consistent, quality cocktails and maintain a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning the bar, washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fine dining or elevated bar atmosphere.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage programs and bar operations.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling in the bar environment.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Excellent financial acumen, math skills, and computer proficiency.
