Culinary Manager

Nick & Sons Market is a hospitality driven neighborhood gourmet market in Manhattan Beach. We care deeply about great food, clean kitchens, strong systems, and creating an environment where teams and guests feel taken care of.

We're looking for a Culinary Manager who is hands on and loves building delicious, well-executed food programs that actually work in a busy market setting.

  Assisting our deli lead for the deli, grab-and-go, and catering programs

  Creating, testing, and executing recipes that are flavorful, efficient, and consistent

  Keeping the kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and dialed in

  Building systems for prep, production, labeling, and execution

• 
  

  Training, leading, and motivating the culinary team by example

• 
  

  Making sure food looks great, tastes great, and moves well in a fast-paced environment

  Collaborating with ownership and store leadership on menus and seasonal ideas

  Strong standards around cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
