Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing food items according to recipes and production sheets
• Ensuring all prepared items are labeled, dated, covered, monitored for quality and freshness, and rotated
• Monitoring food levels and replenishing in a timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment, including equipment and storage areas. Additionally, you will be required to follow established procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be passionate about natural foods and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months retail experience and be able to lift 50 pounds. You will be required to stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day and be able to use tools and equipment safely.
