Production Team Member

At our store, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated team member to join our production team. This role involves preparing and serving customers with the highest level of quality and customer service.

• Produces artisan breads and pastries including cakes and cookies.
• Prepares doughs, mixes, and batters for baking.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry goods and merchandise on shelves.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trains production personnel on new techniques and procedures.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels and orders supplies as needed.
• Provides exceptional customer service and answers customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maximizes sales potential through effective merchandising and product placement.

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries including cake decorating.
• Demonstrates a passion for baking and creating high-quality products.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Our company offers a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00-$25.40 commensurate with experience. We also provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan benefits, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs. New entry-level team members may be eligible for a base rate increase after completing their first 90 days of employment.

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. Team members must be able to multitask and adapt to changing situations. The physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a variety of temperatures.
