Kitchen Prep Specialist

Job Description:

The Line Cook position is a key role in our kitchen team, responsible for the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the Chefs and Sous Chefs to ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our exceptional standards.

• Responsibilities:


• Preparation and execution of menu items


• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace


• Communication with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service


• Quality control of all products and dishes


• Maintaining a positive, team-oriented mentality

• Qualifications:


• 1 year experience working in busy restaurants


• Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques


• Must be reliable, able to communicate effectively with other team members


• Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated


• Morning, midday, evening shifts available
