Executive Chef & Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the culinary and service operations of our restaurant.

• This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-volume restaurant team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu development, marketing efforts, local sourcing, and seasonal creativity.

• You will also oversee the training and development of your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless hospitality and excellent customer service.

  • Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's brand and vision.

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, food safety, and health compliance standards.

  • Foster a strong partnership with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless hospitality.

  • Mentor young leaders and rising talent, leading by example with empathy and rigor.

  • Handle administrative duties, including P&Ls, inventory, and vendor relations.

• Requirements:

• • Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.

  • Expertise in Mexican, Latin American, and globally inspired cuisines.

  • Proven success with team management, financial oversight, and systems organization.

  • A record of leadership, accountability, and cultural impact.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across departments, and lead through example.

  • Spanish fluency is a plus (but not required).
