Our Austin, Texas facility is looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks that keep our logistics moving smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
