In this role, you'll support our Sales & Catering Enthusiasts in bringing meetings and events to life. From the first client conversation to the final goodbye, you'll help make sure every detail is thoughtfully handled. You'll: Serve as the go-to liaison between our clients and hotel teams, ensuring events flow smoothly from start to finish. Partner with our Sales Enthusiast and Lead Sales Enthusiast to support group clients during planning and execution. Prepare and share banquet event orders and group resumes, and help communicate event details in weekly staff meetings. Collaborate with our Food & Drink team on banquet functions, relaying client requests and making sure everything feels seamless. Coordinate event logistics-from food & beverage, AV, and special requests to rooming lists, deliveries, and amenities. Lead engaging site tours that showcase our spaces with confidence and enthusiasm. Build familiarity with our banquet menus, event spaces, and the unique touches that make Canopy stand out. What You Bring
2+ years of hospitality or event experience Familiarity with Delphi.fdc a plus Strong catering/banquet knowledge and a passion for detail Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) A guest-first mindset with a team-player spirit Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why You'll Love It Here
