Cintas is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers; working with sales, internal departments and customers providing closed-loop communication; meeting tactical operational needs, including answering inbound calls, providing issue resolution, A/P, credit and billing requests; coordinating special orders, managing Customer Service reports; working with sales to coordinate account activities; creating, documenting and implementing process improvement. Skills/Qualifications
