We're looking for an experienced multi-brand growth leader who knows how to take eCommerce brands from zero to scale. You'll lead the growth strategy, paid acquisition, and organic marketing for all Pillexa partner brands—starting with two core brands and expanding into new launches as we grow.
You'll be responsible for building and executing full-funnel strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and retention. This includes managing paid ads, SEO, content, email, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with the CEO and creative teams.
You've done this before—running and optimizing campaigns across multiple eCommerce brands with measurable success—and you're eager to do it again in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans (paid, organic, and partnership-driven) for each brand.
- Own all performance channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers, and affiliates.
- Analyze performance data to optimize ROI and guide creative and budget decisions.
Brand Leadership
- Define and maintain clear brand positioning, voice, and audience personas across all Pillexa brands.
- Ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent customer experience across channels.
Content & Creative Direction
- Oversee campaign creative (ads, social, landing pages, email, and video) to align with growth goals.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and agencies to produce high-performing assets.
Organic Growth & Community
- Drive SEO, retention, and social media strategy to build long-term brand awareness and loyalty.
- Identify ambassador, influencer, and PR opportunities to scale reach authentically.
Budget & Forecast Management
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across brands and channels.
- Report on performance metrics, growth forecasts, and ROI to leadership.
Project & Team Management
- Lead and mentor growth and content teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches and marketing initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and measurable impact.
Qualifications
You have:
- 6–10 years of experience in growth or marketing leadership roles for eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Proven success running paid and organic campaigns that drove measurable revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience managing ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience collaborating with creative, tech, and operations teams.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in regulated industries (health, wellness, or telemedicine).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, PostHog, Triple Whale, Looker etc)
- Design fluency (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
