It supports and restores the social functioning of the person in reciprocity with their environment with the aim of promoting the optimal development of the human being in interaction with their environment. It carries out design, orientation, consultation, updating, analysis and evaluation in one or more social programs.
Must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or social service or meet the educational requirements of the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ) Must be a member of OTSTCFQ.
