Job Description

As a Warehouse Clerk at AB Warehouse, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks related to the warehouse merchandise. You will also have the chance to participate in the improvement of our operations and the implementation of technological tools in the warehouse.

Your responsibilities :

• Operate a forklift;
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick-up;
• Receive and ship orders;
• Unload, check, stock and shelf merchandise;
• Ensure orders are picked, packaged and shipped on time;
• Perform daily preventive forklift inspections;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times;
• Follow safety standards, procedures and regulations;
• Operate equipment efficiently to receive, maintain and ship inventory;
• Participate in physical inventory taking (cyclical counts);
• Properly receive quantities into the system;
• Deduct product quantities from inventory during production (finished product);
• All other related tasks.

Job qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution (wholesale) or equivalent combination of training and experience;
• Forklift operation;
• Forklift operator's card an asset.
• Knowledge of an ERP system and use of a scanner and technological tools;
• Comfortable with change and continuous improvement;
• Thoroughness and good organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Goal-oriented (action and results-oriented);
• Demonstrates autonomy;
• Knowledge WHMIS (Asset).

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
