About the Role:
As a Cardiovascular Imaging Tech at Sinai Hospital, you are an essential member of the cardiovascular team, ensuring the safe and accurate operation of imaging and interventional equipment during procedures. You contribute to optimal patient outcomes by combining technical expertise with patient-centered care.
*This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining specialized imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
- Assisting physicians by preparing instruments, contrast media, and sterile supplies in accordance with procedural protocols.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of procedural data and supporting radiation safety standards for patients and staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology
- Licensure: Registered Cardiovascular Technologist or Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Certification: American Heart Association BLS & ACLS
- Experience: One to three (1-3) years of experience preferred
