Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! In this essential role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This position offers a fast-paced environment and a great opportunity to develop skills in the rapidly growing logistics and e-commerce sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and procedures.
- Consistently wear required PPE , including safety glasses and gloves.
- Perform duties involving significant Lifting , potentially up to 50 pounds.
- Support the overall efficiency of our Logistics and fulfillment operations.
We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and can work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks are required. Prior experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. Be part of a team dedicated to customer satisfaction.
