As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to our logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and possesses a strong commitment to safety. You will work within a dynamic team environment, operating warehouse equipment responsibly and adhering to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Awareness of and adherence to workplace safety standards and PPE requirements.
