As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and storing inventory to fulfilling orders and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any issues with inventory, equipment, or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Be prepared for regular lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse machinery.
