Our Detroit, Michigan facility is searching for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory records, and investigating any discrepancies that may arise. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers. Working closely with the warehouse and operations teams, you will help ensure that inventory levels are optimized for efficient order fulfillment and supply chain management. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory in this role. While direct lifting may be less frequent than in other warehouse positions, some lifting of inventory items (up to 25 pounds) may be required.
