Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damages, hazards, or operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals within the logistics framework.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and utilizing all required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
