In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. This is a hands-on position that requires physical dexterity, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety. All associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE, to prevent injuries and ensure a safe workplace. Key responsibilities include using scanning equipment to identify and retrieve products, verifying order accuracy, and carefully packaging items for transit. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use scanning technology to track inventory movements.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists and customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
- Meet established picking and packing productivity standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
