Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, accurately stocking products, picking and packing orders for shipment, and preparing outgoing goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
