* Perform customized massage treatments based on each client’s needs and goals
* Offer modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Sports, and more

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a licensed professional with a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver tailored treatments that meet individual client needs. Experience in med spa settings and occupational health is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding patient service and maintaining a safe, professional environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific concerns.
* Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals.
* Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing therapy or self-care practices.
* Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information.
* Ensure all treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and prepared according to health and safety standards.
* Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advances in physiology related to massage therapy.
* Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in patient assessment and delivering customized massage therapy treatments.
* Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Knowledge of occupational health standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
* Prior med spa experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific protocols as needed.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while demonstrating professionalism at all times. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ health and wellness journeys while working within a supportive team dedicated to excellence in care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
