We are looking to add to the team as soon as possible, once the required credentialing process has been completed. Clinic locations will include: Maple Grove, Minnetonka and Plymouth. Eden Prairie is also a possibility.
A $5,000 signing bonus will be payable upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage patient caseload
* Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Educate patients on their specific plan of care in order to reach desired goals and outcomes.
* Coordinate with other healthcare professionals
* Communicate with provider team as needed
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
*Skills and Ability Requirements:*
* Compassion and empathy for patients, who are often in pain
* Attention to detail in order to analyze patient needs, ease their pain and prevent further injury
* Physical stamina to lift patients, spend long hours standing and modeling exercises
* Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients
*Qualifications:*
* Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Physical Therapy license in Minnesota
* 1+ years of experience with Women's Health/pelvic health required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.84 - $59.06 per hour
