*What You’ll Do*
* Deliver *direct patient care* and supervise *Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)*.
* Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure timely interventions.
* Administer medications and manage pain according to policy.
* Complete accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
* Communicate effectively with families and during shift reports.
* Ensure compliance with *infection control and safety standards*.
* Provide compassionate *end-of-life care* when needed.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Graduate of an accredited *LPN program*.
* Active *New York State LPN license*.
* Current *CPR certification*.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
