This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to take a leading role in the design and development of advanced power converters for high-performance RF amplifiers.
The Senior Design Engineer, Equipment in Hayes, Middlesex will be responsible for leading project teams, developing robust circuit architectures, and acting as a technical authority across key product lines. The role involves working closely with mechanical, production, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet strict customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Designing and developing high and low voltage switch-mode power converters.
Leading project teams and mentoring less experienced engineers.
Supporting new product introduction (NPI) from concept through to production readiness.
Qualifications
A PhD, MSc, or Degree in Electronics (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of power supply design, high-voltage techniques, and RF measurement methods.
Experience with military specifications and design for manufacture.
