Business Analyst (WMS)

Some of the responsibilities are: · Supporting global Supply Chain and retail operation users in reviewing business and operation needs. · Supporting Partner Implementation team to on-board new Partners and Partner IT solutions. · Leading the business and integration requirements discussion with B2B clients and translating the requirements into IT business solution proposals. · Identifying options for potential technology solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability. · Leading system development team through system design, programming, testing, and implementation. · Supporting system architecture design, IT technology validation and review. · Reviewing and updating the relevant documentation (inclusive of flow diagrams/models) · Supporting users on change control, providing training and user manuals to users for all systems implementations.   About You: · The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced and collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal skills: · Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. · At least 3 years hands-on technical business analysis, system design and support, and project delivery roles preferably gained from sizable firms or multinational companies. · Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Domain with focus on Warehouse Management. · Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environment in the SDLC project cycle. ·· Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project (or other project management tool). · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and French
