Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities and driving business expansion for the company’s diesel and gas engine product portfolio in the U.S. market. This role focuses on market development, customer engagement, and sales execution, while providing technical and commercial support for engine-based businesses. The Sales Manager will work closely with customers, OEM partners, distributors, and internal global teams to support long-term growth and strengthen brand presence across North America.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyze U.S. diesel and gas engine market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunitiesIdentify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across multiple engine applicationsManage and expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts, including ongoing account developmentLead technical and commercial proposals, pricing discussions, negotiations, and project coordinationGather and communicate customer requirements while coordinating closely with global headquarters and cross-functional internal teams Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand awareness in the North American marketSupport strategic sales planning and execution aligned with company objectives

Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in U.S. engine, power generation, or related industrial markets Established industry network with OEMs, distributors, and end-users Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
