*What You’ll Do*
* Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including preventive services and periodontal therapy
* Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral health education
* Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support treatment planning
* Deliver a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
* Maintain infection control and safety standards
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Active Virginia RDH license required*
* *Current CPR/BLS certification*
* Commitment to high-quality patient care and education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
