The Role We’re looking for a
Software Engineer with strong frontend expertise (80%+)
and experience working at scale. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to deliver world-class interfaces and experiences that power our agents. This is a chance to join a fast-growing, mission-driven team and make a tangible impact in the logistics ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and scale
frontend applications
in
TypeScript + React .
Collaborate with backend and AI teams to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences.
Tackle challenges of
high traffic, high scale systems .
Take ownership of features end-to-end—driving them from concept to production.
Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams in a
startup environment
where speed and impact matter.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
3–10 years in software engineering
with a focus on frontend (80%+).
Experience at
large tech companies or high-growth startups
that have scaled to millions of users (e.g. Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instagram, TikTok, Dropbox, Airbnb).
Prior work at companies known for
best-in-class frontend engineering
(e.g. Slack, Notion, Uber, Lyft, Airbnb).
Education
Strong technical foundation, ideally from a
top CS program .
(Bootcamps do not meet this requirement.)
Technical Skills
Advanced
TypeScript
and
React
expertise.
Solid backend experience (20%) to integrate and support frontend features.
Soft Skills
Excellent
communication skills —clear and concise in both technical and non-technical discussions.
