Your Role: As a Sales Inspector, you will: Conduct thorough home inspections from attic to crawl space Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining your findings and suggesting the best treatment options Close sales by highlighting the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad Work independently, prioritize tasks, and capitalize on leads Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity What We Offer: Enjoy excellent earning potential with an average first-year income of $70,000 to $100,000 (base salary plus commission). Ideal Candidates Will: Enjoy meeting new clients and solving their problems Be confident, competitive, and goal-oriented Work independently and stay organized Be comfortable with climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
