Title: IT Support Specialist Level: 2 Location: Paris, France Job Description: The IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the on-site IT local support team to ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical issues and service requests in line with defined SLA standards. This role involves prioritizing tickets, maintaining thorough documentation, and delivering user support for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices. The role includes managing IT inventory, mobile devices, and printer operations, while also participating in project implementation and cross-functional collaboration. The Team Lead mentors apprentices, fostering technical growth through guidance, hands-on training, and performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the on-site IT support team, ensuring proper task assignment and follow-up. Monitor and prioritize service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance. Support users in resolving hardware, software, network, and mobile-related queries. Manage incidents swiftly to reduce downtime and coordinate with internal/external teams for complex resolutions. Fulfill IT service requests including software installations, hardware upgrades, and access provisioning. Oversee hardware inventory management, stock level monitoring, and asset lifecycle tracking. Administer mobile devices and connectivity, providing technical support and issue resolution. Maintain and troubleshoot printers, ensuring supply availability and optimal operation. Participate in IT projects, supporting deployment activities and contributing technical feedback. Mentor and train apprentices, evaluating progress and promoting professional development.
