Base pay range Blair West are supporting a fast‑growing SaaS business, who operate within the ServiceNow ecosystem, to find a Head of Sales. The organisation supports large, complex and highly regulated enterprises with enterprise‑grade test automation and DevOps solutions and is entering an exciting scale‑up phase ahead of a planned Series B funding round.
The opportunity:
Own and deliver global revenue growth, with responsibility for scaling ARR to $10m+ and beyond. Lead, coach and develop a multi‑disciplinary global sales team across the UK and USA, including SDRs, Sales Executives and Solutions Consultants. Play a key role in shaping and executing go‑to‑market strategy at board level. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Mature and optimise sales processes, building a repeatable and scalable revenue engine.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
Significant leadership experience within enterprise SaaS sales, including time spent in senior sales leadership roles. A proven track record of scaling ARR within a high‑growth software environment. Experience selling complex technology platforms into large, regulated organisations. Strong exposure to the ServiceNow ecosystem, or comparable enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday or SAP. Demonstrated success in building and leading distributed, international sales teams. A pragmatic, hands‑on leadership style suited to a fast‑paced scale‑up environment. The ability to operate credibly at board level while remaining operationally effective.
