* This leader will be responsible for inspirational sales leadership and management of growth through growing top‑line revenues and driving new business through the implementation of scalable, repeatable, structured systems and processes. * This leader will serve as a strong business leader, a leader that can partner with customer executives, and will have the personal drive and commitment to both understand and successfully navigate a fast‑growing, industry disruptor. * This leader will be responsible for aligning and executing the Enterprise segment strategy at a regional level, resulting in a consistent customer acquisition strategy to generate growth and exceed quarterly targets. * You will assume the leadership of a growing sales organization including Sales Managers and Account Executives, to help win new business. * Work closely with functions and other leaders across the organization to establish and develop a strong and collaborative partnership to ensure continued success. * Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. * Manage the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management. * Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
What you will need
* BA/BS Degree * 10+ years in software and / or applications sales; Experience selling HCM software to HR leadership and the CFO preferred. * Experience being a 2nd line leader. * Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals * Experience selling HCM software and/or related products preferred. * Experience selling a deals up to $1M in ARR * High energy — we move fast at Rippling. We offer lots of support and collaboration, but also provide autonomy to make decisions and require an owner mindset from Director roles. * Strong communication skills and executive presence in dealing with some of the company's largest clients * Must be able to collaborate across teams and navigate organizational challenges that may arise as part of our rapid growth up market, and develop solutions to overcome and position the business for continued growth. * Solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high performing enterprise sales organization
