Your Role in our Mission:
We are looking for a visionary Global Head of Brand Design to lead our design team and spearhead our brand positioning strategy for the Benefits and Engagement business line.

What You’ll be Doing:
Leadership and management: Manage and mentor a small, talented design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation while ensuring high standards of design excellence.
Brand governance: Maintain and evolve our new brand positioning through comprehensive guidelines, templates and best practices, ensuring global alignment across all markets and channels.
Global design strategy: Lead the implementation of new global design tools and processes that enhance efficiency, collaboration and creativity across global and local brand and marketing teams.
Process improvement: Introduce and optimize structures and workflows to effectively scale design efforts, enabling the team to respond quickly to business needs and support various initiatives.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, product and sales to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Budget management: Develop and manage the global brand budget, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
Performance metrics: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and design outputs, using data‑driven insights to inform ongoing strategy and improvements.
Trends and innovation: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and introduce innovative design concepts.
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
Proven experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in design leadership roles, with a strong focus on brand strategy and team management.
Proven experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably within a global context.
Strong understanding of brand development, design systems and creative processes.
Experience leading teams through brand repositioning initiatives is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
