McCarthy Tétrault is looking for lawyers to join its Tax (Charities and Non-Profits) group in either
Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver
. McCarthy Tétrault's Tax Group is recognized as a Band 1 practice by Chambers Global 2025 and is experiencing significant growth. The Firm has just added some of the leading Charities and Non-Profit partners in Canada and has an immediate need for associates to help us service Firm clients.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in the province of Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia and have the following credentials:

  • 3-5 years of post-call experience in Tax generally or in Charities and Non-Profits specifically;
  • An interest in assisting with the most complicated and interesting charity tax matters;
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials;
  • Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
