Job Description

As part of the major expansion and modernization project at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport, we are seeking a Site Supervisor. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the selected candidate will play a key role in monitoring and supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, technical requirements, safety standards, and project objectives.

This position is intended for an experienced professional with strong technical judgment, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in complex, regulated environments. By joining our team, you will actively contribute to the delivery of a landmark project for the metropolitan region, within a stimulating, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

What you will accomplish with us

  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure adherence to schedules and technical requirements.
  • Prepare detailed site reports, document work progress, and report any discrepancies or issues encountered.
  • Participate in site meetings and ensure rigorous follow-up on decisions made.
  • Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures on site.
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and quality assurance teams.
  • Propose solutions to technical challenges encountered in the field.
  • Help maintain a respectful, safe, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture or a relevant related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in site supervision, ideally on large-scale projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of professionalism.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating autonomy and proactivity.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, and openness to innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a constantly evolving context.
  • Bilingual, both spoken and written, in English and French.
