Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and business growth.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.
• Support sales efforts by promoting relevant products or services based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent data entry skills.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate customer interactions and provide insights.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Prior experience with multilingual communication is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
