We are hiring for two different positions: House Cleaner and House Cleaning Team Lead. Team leads must have a valid Class 5 License with their own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Communicate in a timely manner with office staff on the status of cleans.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in every job.
• Provide exceptional on-site customer service to strengthen client satisfaction.
• Maintain clean clothing/uniform and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Must have good English communication skills
• Previous experience in residential cleaning is an asset.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a smartphone and email
