We run Swim Lessons in 18+ locations, Summer Camps in 9 locations and Learn to Bike Programs in 10 locations and cater to over 20,000 families across the GTA.
As we are quickly growing, we are now looking for another Full-Time Client Service Representative.

About Your Job:
- Working from home full-time
- Schedule: Wed - Fri 9am - 5pm, Sat - Sun 8am - 4pm
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer general inquiries via phone and email
- Assist in program registrations
- Program Administration - class lists, make-up lessons
- Assist in make-up lesson bookings
- Registration changes/new registrations
- Process Compliments & Complaints
- Process Product Orders
- Direct communication with Program Managers
- Assist in administrative duties for Specialty Programs
REQUIREMENTS/QUALITIES:
- Attention to detail
- Adaptive communication skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Collaborative
- Client service experience (preferred, not required)
- Administrative experience (preferred, not required)
- Accountability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
