Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for individuals to begin their career as an Agent and transition into leadership roles. As an Agent, responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Over time, the role transitions into a leadership position, where responsibilities expand to include mentoring and training team members, coordinating sales efforts, and driving team performance to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills with an ability to engage with clients and team members professionally
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Skills in Training and Sales Management with a passion for mentoring and leading teams
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage remote work efficiently
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for personal and professional growth
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is an advantage
• Proficiency in using basic digital tools for remote communication and operations
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
