Spring is a national leader in the impact ecosystem. Based in Vancouver, Canada, we empower purpose-driven entrepreneurs and impact investors to build a better future, together. We support diverse founders working on solutions for climate and society by giving them access to the education, networks and capital they need to grow. At the same time, we're building a national community of impact-driven angel investors, equipping them with the tools, relationships and confidence to invest in solutions that matter. In 11+ years, Spring has supported 3300+ founders and 1100+ investors across Canada and 20 countries.

As Spring continues to grow, the Chief of Staff will play a critical role in driving strategic clarity and operational excellence across Spring's multifunctional team.
