Sub-Contractor cleaner

We are looking for a Filipino Cleaners for Sweepy Maids, you will be responsible for performing cleaning services as outlined by our contracts with clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service and our main focus is to get house cleaners to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow specific client instructions and preferences to meet their cleaning requirements.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and company management to address any concerns or feedback.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the specified time frame and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Requirements:

• Valid license and insurance (if applicable).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own cleaning equipment and supplies
• Must be Filipino and can speak English.
