Your responsibilities include writing code for system frameworks and applications, evaluating AI/ML algorithms for on-device integration, collaborating on user experiences, debugging complex cross-device interactions, and mentoring team members on shipping discipline and production-quality development practices. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience. Strong skills in architectural trade-off analysis and decision-making Exceptional knowledge of system level technologies like inter process communication, concurrency etc. Deep expertise in Swift with solid understanding of iOS frameworks like SwiftUI, UIKit and system-level concepts like interprocess communication, concurrency, etc. Familiarity with Objective-C or similar languages (C++, C, etc). Experience shipping customer-facing features or products to production at scale Possess an eye for visual detail, strong product sense, and a passion for UI and UX product development Track record of strong partnership with design and product leadership, through proactive collaboration, building prototypes, and leadership demos. Ability to mentor engineers in production-quality coding practices and shipping discipline Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating LLMs into applications, including on-device model inference and application-level integration Experience with AR/computer vision domains (ARKit, RealityKit, or related frameworks) Experience with SQL and database technologies Experience with distributed systems design and development At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
