As a Sales Support Manager at AlphaGraphics Marietta/Atlanta/The Battery, you will support the company's President and assist our sales team with our most significant and strategic client accounts. Your role is essential in managing the details and day-to-day coordination that allows the team to focus on high-level client relationships and business growth. From overseeing job progress and communicating with production to handling administrative tasks and ensuring service excellence, you will be a central part of delivering the exceptional results our top clients expect. Provide direct support to leadership by coordinating key client projects, preparing accurate quotes, entering orders, and managing follow-ups with precision and urgency. Acting as a reliable point of contact for our largest client account, ensuring prompt, professional communication and effective problem-solving. Maintain up-to-date and organized client records, job tickets, and CRM entries to support efficient workflow and account visibility. Collaborate closely with production, design, and fulfillment teams to ensure jobs are executed accurately and delivered on time, with special attention to priority accounts. Track project timelines, flag potential delays, and communicate updates proactively to maintain client confidence and internal alignment. Prepare high-quality sales materials, custom presentations, and collateral for meetings, events, or strategic client interactions. Support strategic outreach efforts, including follow-ups, appointment setting, and targeted communication to reinforce account development and retention. Help ensure a seamless and professional client experience throughout the sales and production process. Perform additional tasks and special projects in support of the sales team as needed.
