Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AWS-native cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Apply architectural best practices and design patterns to complex cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide architectural guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to cloud governance, security (SecOps), and cost optimization (FinOps) principles.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution evaluations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS services, tools, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in AWS-native cloud development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of AWS design patterns and cloud best practices.
Experience in FinOps and SecOps practices within cloud environments.
Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
Client-facing experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
This is a hybrid inside IR35 contract working in Cheltenham.
