We are looking for two individuals to join Kubus within our Sales Operations Team! These roles are pivotal, working in partnership with the Sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be link between Sales and all other departments, ensuring information is communicated smoothly to enable a smooth order process. What Youll Be Doing: Partner with Sales to provide a high level of support for our customers, including basic quotations and resolving any related queries. Work alongside Sales to maximise their prime selling time by handling customer tasks and communications and escalating when appropriate. Maintain accurate team data in Salesforce and other systems, taking ownership of, and facilitating correction of errors. Monitor and process sales orders and POs, quickly identifying and escalating issues to keep the sales cycle running smoothly and acting as the Sales owner for all orders. Manage sales back orders, keeping the customer order book up to date and ensuring timely shipment of allocated stock, including special call-off or loan orders. Stay up to date with systems and processes to ensure smooth order handling for customers, following all company policies and procedures. Collaboration with departments such as Purchasing, Technical & Finance. Create leads in Salesforce when new opportunities arise from meaningful interactions with our customers, ensuring they are appropriately followed up. Support the Marketing team with the smooth allocation of Salesforce leads to the relevant sales team member. What Were Looking For: Strong customer focus with a knack for finding solutions and building long-term satisfaction. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong character with the ability to challenge others appropriately when required. Proven experience in sales administration and customer service. Excellent at managing priorities and multitasking. Professional, clear communicator. Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is desirable. What youll get: Competitive salary & bonus/commission scheme
