This role combines sales expertise, hospitality finesse, and leadership in one of our most dynamic catering environments. You'll build strong client relationships, craft tailored event proposals, and oversee the flawless execution of high-profile events. Key Responsibilities Drive catering sales growth by cultivating new business and nurturing existing relationships. Partner with clients to design custom menus, event layouts, and memorable guest experiences. Oversee seamless coordination between culinary, operations, and service teams from proposal to execution. Serve as the on-site point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution by coordinating with culinary, service, and client stakeholders from load-in through breakdown. Lead and inspire a core team while managing and scheduling on-call team members during large-scale events. Ensure budgets, contracts, and service standards align with the highest levels of hospitality. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of proven success in catering/event sales within luxury, fine dining, or high-volume environments. Strong background in client development, event planning, and contract negotiation. Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
