The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives that enhance the ClubLife experience and drive member engagement and growth. This role involves crafting compelling narratives and campaigns that align with the club's vision, effectively conveying the members' experience across all channels. The Graphic Designer will lead efforts to strengthen member retention and engagement through targeted communications and marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless and welcoming onboarding process for new members. This position will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant community, utilizing data-driven insights to inform marketing efforts and enhance member connections. This role is essential in amplifying the club's brand and member stories, creating a dynamic and engaged member community. Develop and execute the marketing communications strategy in alignment with the overall membership experience plan, focusing on enhancing both member engagement and club growth. Foster a vibrant and connected member community by creating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with members and reflect brand standards. Utilize data analytics to identify at-risk members and develop proactive marketing strategies to enhance retention. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives for member events and experiences, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with member feedback. Design and manage effective onboarding programs for new members, enhancing their integration into the club community through impactful communication strategies. Create and implement innovative programs that cater to the unique interests and needs of club members. Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy that promotes club activities, initiatives, and member stories across all channels, ensuring consistent and concise messaging. Lead the creation of engaging content that tells the club's story, enhancing the overall member experience and promoting a sense of belonging. Manage budget allocations for marketing initiatives, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability. Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions. Represent the company's management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff. Promote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same. Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role. Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations. Support the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the club's goals. Required: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, or marketing and communications. Preferred: Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, communications, journalism, public relations, hospitality management, or recreation. Experience in areas such as: sales, relationship management, food and beverage operations, customer service, membership associations, or fundraising. Prior experience leading a team or managing projects to a successful outcome. Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods. Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases. Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required. Effective communication skills with sufficient visual acuity, including talking and hearing. Work Schedule: Attendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule.
