Role Purpose
Purpose of role is to support our online operations in a customer service representative role. This role combines the reliability of traditional pharmacy services with the efficiency and accessibility of modern technology, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to healthcare delivery in a dynamic, digital environment.
Reporting Relationships
Reports directly to the CSR Manager.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders for prescription and over-the-counter medications, ensuring all legal requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Utilize advanced online tools for customer management, order tracking, and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, or phone to assist with their orders, clarify prescriptions, and resolve issues.
- Participate in the documentation and uploading of prescriptions using secure online systems.
- Other projects or duties as needed and directed by the CSR Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in online customer service within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Able to adapt to working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Comfortable navigating online in-house platforms, and using multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
- Adept math skills, comfortable with completing basic math questions on the spot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including privacy laws and best practices in medication handling.
- Able to explain policies, procedures and answer questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to work well with a team.
